Get "is not a valid floating point value" error in alter tablespace window (4249543)

I am getting an error saying, "The application has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience. '' is not a valid floating point value." while in the Alter Tablespace window after taking the steps below.

1) In the Alter Tablespace window, click Add button to add a datafile.
2) Enter the file name and size
3) Check and uncheck the Auto Extend box without entering any auto extend information
4) Click OK.
 

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
