"List index out of bounds" error when clicking refresh data in Schema Browser -
Description
In Schema Browser, select a table and go to the Data tab. When clicking refresh data on a table with 0 rows, Toad errors out with "List index out of bounds (17)".

Cause
Using the Refresh Data on a table that has zero rows in the Schema Browser's data grid.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Use the Refresh Detail Panel icon to refresh the Data tab.
STATUS:
This issue is fixed in Toad for Oracle 9.7. This version can be downloaded at https://support.quest.com/SUPPORT/index?page=downloads. -
