After upgrading to v13.1, certain error dialog boxes are no longer appearing.
1. When entering an incorrect password, a dialog box should appear that says the username or password was not correct. This prompt, nor anything else, appear for the user.
2. When trying to change data that has a constraint, if that constraint was violated, an "Ora-02291: integrity constraint violated - parent key not found" error would be received. This is no longer happening. It gives no indication that there is a problem or that it didn't make the change - nothing is presented to the user.
