Toad Options Select Error "API Guard Error for Function 5078"
Description

I am getting an error when selecting an item on View | Toad Options | General, gets an API Guard Error for Function 5078 was thrown.
Selecting the "Yes" button twice clears the error. But keep on getting the error when going back to it.
