How to combine package spec and body in single file when creating script (4247771)

In the schema browser, when I select the package and right click to create script.  Select "one file per object",  it saves the package spec and body separately.   How do I get it to save as one file?

Please follow the steps below:
1.  Right click on package and select Create Script.
2.  Select option "One file per object".
3.  Then go to the Script Options tab | Packages tab
4.  Check the options â€Extract both spec and body when only one is selected in objects gridd†and â€Always keep spec and body in the same file or editor tabbâ€.
5.  Click on the "OK" button.
