Code template place the cursor in the wrong position when variable are added. (4247759)

Create a simple code template. the cursor position is wrong when there is a variable.  The last version this was working correctly is Toad 9.0.1. 
Steps to replicate:
 
1.  Go to View | Option | Editor | Language, select Code Template
2.  In the Code Code Template tab, replace default code with the code below:
PROCEDURE &proc_name(|pn number);
3.   in code editor, type "proc"  control space, the code appears, but the cursor position is wrong.
4.  The  cursor is supposed to be in front of "pn", however, it is in the wrong position)
