Get "Ora-01031: insufficient privileges" error using Copy Data to Another Schema feature (4245147)

The following error is received when using the Copy Data To Another Schema feature in the Schema Browser.

"ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
Encountered while executing "alter table <schema_name>.<table_name> disable constraint <constraint_name>"

When the Enable Constraint option is checked, Toad prefaces the table name with the source schema, instead of the destination schema.

WORKAROUND:
Prior to copying the data, manually disable the constraint on the destination table. Then copy the data and manually enable the constraint.

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
