I tried to find the old cases (closed) to review some contents, but I could not find them anywhere in my support link account.
RESOLUTION:
1. To view old or close cases, please login to your Support link account using the link below:
https://support.quest.com/
2. Then click on the "Case Management" link under Contact Support section.
3. Click on "CASE QUERY" tab to search for your close case.
