'Cannot create file "". The filename or extension is too long' when clicking an object in Schema
Description

In the Schema Browser, every time any object is clicked in the Left Hand Side (LHS) screen, the following error message appears:
'Cannot create file "". The filename or extension is too long'
Resolution

Reinstall the current version of Toad for Oracle into a new directory, or install Toad for Oracle version 10 to solve this issue.
