When upgrading from previous version(s) to Toad for Oracle 10, you may get a warning prompt:
Warning
The selected folder contains an earlier version of this product which cannot be upgraded.
Please select a different folder or uninstall the earlier version and try again.
Install Toad 10 into a new folder as its intended to be install side by side with your previous Toad versions. Toad 10 will give you the option to migrate your previous version settings (User Files) into your current version or create a new default settings.
NOTE: Once you have confirm Toad 10 is working properly, (OPTIONAL) you can then uninstall your previous version(s) of Toad.
