How do I upgrade Toad for Oracle version 9.7.x to 9.7.2.5?

RESOLUTION #1:

Side by Side Installation
1.  Make a backup copy of your 9.7 files in C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle - right click on the folder, select Copy, and paste it into another location.
2.  Install Toad 9.7.2.5 into a separate directory by specifying a different path then from v9.7.x.
3.  After everything is up and running correctly, use the Quest Installer to remove Toad 9.7.x

RESOLUTION #2:

Upgrade 9.7.2.5 over 9.7.X
1.  Make a backup copy of your 9.7 files in C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle - right click on the folder, select Copy, and paste it into another location.
2.  Install Toad 9.7.2.5 into the same directory as v9.7.x.
