When connecting from home using VPN, I do not see any text prompt to type in the SQL Editor window.
Exit Toad and go to the User Files directory. Locate the files below and rename them with an ".Old" at the end. (example, EditorLayout_Text.lay.Old) EditorLayout_Text.lay EditorLayout_XML.lay EditorLayout_Hex.lay EditorLayout_SQL.lay EditorLayout_PLSQL.lay Then locate these files below and make a copy of them and rename the copied files without the "Original" in the name. (example, EditorLayout_Text.lay) OriginalEditorLayout_XML.lay OriginalEditorLayout_Text.lay OriginalEditorLayout_XML.lay OriginalEditorLayout_Hex.lay OriginalEditorLayout_SQL.lay Now start up Toad and test retest the issue.
