Closes when running auto sql optimizer
Description

When I attempt to run auto sql optimizer, the optimize opens (-1 sec) then Toad completely aborts.
Resolution

Select which version of the Sql Optimizer was being selected at runtime. For example, 8.7 vs 8.6.
