Crashes on DB connection when having multiple connections -
Description
When user has multiple database connections open (around 4) and then tries to create an other one Toad crashes. User also sees a 'no data found' error right before it crashes.

Turn off the "Threaded Queries" option.Resolution #2
Upgrade or re-install the Oracle client.
