Record navigation toolbar covers column headers when "Show results tab toolbar" is unchecked
Description

When the "Show results tab toolbar" option under Editor | Display is unchecked, once Toad is relaunched, the record navigation toolbar icons shows on Data Grid tab overlaying the column headers. It should be hidden when this option is unchecked. Also, checking, applying, unchecking, and applying sets it to be hidden until TOAD is relaunched.

None
