Workstation stops responding when running Toad
Description

With Toad running in the background, the workstation will stop responding frequently, every 30-40 seconds. This will also cause the machine to lock up as well.
Resolution

Older versions of McAfee VirusScan can cause this. Upgrading to the latest version of McAfee VirusScan usually resolves the issue.
