Empty Describe window shows when re-loading a saved workspace
Description

If you do a Describe on an object, then save the workspace (when the describe window is still open), then close Toad and reopen it, when loading the workspace (as the first step after re-launching Toad), it connects and loads all the windows, but also loads an empty Describe window. You then have to close this down every time the workspace is opened.
