Formatter does not produce the same results using command line Schema Script generation (4234633)

When using the command line version of  Toad for schema script generation, with the formatting options checked for packages and views, (when trying to eliminate different formatting when comparing 2 databases) the formatter does not produce the same results, which is a problem when calculating hash values on the extracted files.

Commandline is generated from C++ program and looks like this:
TOAD.exe Connect=/>password>@GSS=CloseToad

Issue fixed in version 9.5. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here.
