Connection window appears comes up while in the Editor window. (4234503)

When I launch Toad and the Server login window appears and I am able to authenticate and login to the database. Once the SQL editor is open, and I attempt to execute any process or even by just scrolling through the script I receive the database login window again, in the foreground. I am not able to close it and it does not go away even if I try to enter connecting info again.

I have tried to uninstall/reinstall but it's still a problem.

I am working with Toad 9.1, Windows XP SP2 running both Oracle 9.2 and 10 g clients to a 10g database.

Test and review the video driver on the machine experiencing the issue. May be because of a faulty video driver, and you may need a new one.
