A long running query is disconnected from Oracle after a certain amount of time and can never finish. Is there anything that can be set in Toad to avoid this disconnect? Is there a keep alive feature?
Tests with sqlnet.expire_time on the server side it does not seem to have an affect on the problem.
Toad does not do anything that deals with time outs and keep alive settings.
