Unexpected General Protection Fault when running SQL Plus commands that are incorrect. (4232377)

While executing a script with SQL*PLUS formatting, that had errors, an Unexpected General Protection Fault message is received.

A few similar messages may follow, but only the first message is
important.

Example:
This SQL Plus command should fail. In SQL Plus it will give a "missing ON keyword" error.

SQL> COMPUTE SUM OF test1;
SP2-0088: missing ON keyword

It is missing the "ON REPORT" statement.

Issue is with Formatter DLL. Toad does not give the same error message that it would in SQL Plus, but an error in general is expected.
