The issue happens about 20% of the time, but when executing a query onto one line of the Editor and then pressing the F9 key to execute it; Toad will automatically highlight a portion of the query to invoke the following error:
ORA-00936: missing expression
WORKAROUND:
Press the spacebar to have a white space at the end of the query or press the Enter key for a new line, prior to hitting F9.
