Queries using a decimal will show a comma in the data grid instead (4230581)

When referencing a decimal in a query, the expected results is to see the decimals within the Data Grid as well, but see a comma instead.

For Example:

SELECT 999.23 from DUAL:

Results in Data Grid:

999,23

Numeric Characters are switched.

Change the numeric characters to reference the correct character:

1.  Go to View | Toad Options, from the main menu.
2. On the left, click on General.
3. On the right side, locate the “Decimal Separator” and change the drop down from a comma to a decimal.
4. Change the decimal to a comma for the Thousands separator.
5. Click Apply and OK.
