Issue creating clone of PDB$SEED pluggable database using Toad.
Description

Toad does not allow creating a clone using PDB$SEED. Path to seed directory is not editable when trying to "Create from Seed"
Cause

Changes in Oracle 12.1.0.2 prevents the seed from displaying automatically.
This is not an issue in Oracle 12.1.0.1.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Set Oracle parameter "exclude_seed_cdb_view" to FALSE (default TRUE).
Use "Create from Seed" option and the seed option will be automatically found and displayed.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
Additional Information

"Create from Clone" window will not show the seed option. That process will not include a prompt to set up an admin user, which is needed when creating from seed. Use the "Create from Seed" option.
