Comment Code is missing in sub-menu -
Description
When I right-click the Editor window I usually see the option "Comment Block| Comment Block \ Un-comment Block", but it's no longer there after upgrading to version 10.5.

Option has been renamed to Refactor | Comment Block \ Un-Comment Block
