When opening "Saved SQL" from "SQL Recall" Toad no longer displays the name of the Saved SQL
Description

No error, Toad just's just not working as it was working before.
In Toad for Oracle (TFO) 12.7, when opening "Saved SQL" from "SQL Recall", the name of the "Saved SQL" would be displayed on the SQL Editor Tab.
This is no longer occurring in 12.9, nor in 13.0
