Cannot properly navigate in Save or Open File dialogue box. Blank dialogue window is returned and
Description

In the Save File or Open File dialogue box, when navigating quickly down a number of directories, the window gets caught up. The dialog box will appear blank, and then a normal Windows Explorer window will open for the intended directory. The Save/Open File dialogue box is still empty and does not show the directory, so no file or directory can be further accessed in Toad.
This is mainly an issue when clicking quickly and navigating through multiple directories.
Cause

This part of Toad uses a 3rd party component and is an issue with the component used.
Resolution

WORKAROUND 1:
Click slowly when navigating through the directories to allow the dialogue window to keep up.
WORKAROUND 2:
Set a Favorites setting in the dialogue window to navigate directly to the directory needed instead of traversing though with multiple clicks.

Put frequently used files in the Toad Project Manager for quick access.
