How to undock the SQL recall window and keep it from docking with new session. (4225998)

How do you undock the SQL Recall window and keep it undocked?

SQL Recall window is designed by default to dock to the left when opened in every Toad session. Even when undocked during previous session of Toad, a new session will always revert back to default, where the SQL Recall window docked.

WORKAROUND:

To undock the SQL Recall window double-click on its title bar. It will become a floating window, but it will always stay on top even if it does not have focus.

There is no way of keeping it undocked after the Toad session is closed.

STATUS:

An enhancement request has been submitted to Development for consideration in future release of Toad for Oracle.
