Trying to navigate around the data grid and edit values doesn't seem to work properly. The arrow buttons can't be used to navigate around after editing some values. Other times the arrow keys can be used. At this point, the mouse needs to be used to point to another cell.
Arrow keys can be used to navigate around a data grid. Once you enter into cell edit mode (i.e. you have a cell highlighted and you change the value, you are in cell edit mode) the arrow keys only apply within that cell. To get out of this cell edit mode, use the tab key to tab into the cell on the right. This will take you out of that mode and the arrow keys can be used again to navigate around the grid till the next time you enter into cell edit mode.
Note that View | Toad Options | Data Grids | Visual has two tab options. Please enable both "Tab" and "Tab through" options so that they can be used to tab around the data grid.
