Set Parameters window does not update the Code window once variable values are entered and updated in the Values field. Program is executed with previously entered values. This issue is persistent on specific packages.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Select the Rebuild Code icon of the Set Parameters window to update the code.

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
