Key is not registering when using Toad for Oracle 10.x silent installation instructions -
Description
I am following the silent installation instructions regarding pushing out the Toad key via an XML file. I create a key file according to the instructions and place my 21 digit Toad key and site message in this file. However the key is not registering.
