Users are unable to use the trial license key my sales representative provided when they have the freeware version of Toad installed.
Toad Freeware can be downloaded from ToadWorld.
Note, Quest Software Technical Support does not provide support freeware versions.
If users would like to evaluate Toad on a Trial basis, the trial version can be downloaded from the Quest Software site, for each specific Toad Product. Please refer to KB article 21229
