Description
The following Error occurred at the end of Installation:
"Invalid Parameter"
System.Diagnositics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
Once Toad is started and the Connect button is selected to connect to database, the following error occurs:
"The specified procedure cannot be found". -
Cause
The files of Show Tip window are corrupted or missing.

Resolution
1. Start Toad
2. Select Close on the Connection window
3. Select Help | Show Tips to turn OFF this option
4. Select Session | New Connection and connect to database -

To retrieve Toad Tip files, select Help | Download Toad Tips menu options.
