Using Toad 10.0, Export Dataset | INSERT Statements export format includes additional line feeds in the list of data values. As a result, the Insert statements have blank line in between data values. Running these statements in SQLPlus will results in error.
Resolution

Issue fixed in Toad for Oracle version 10.5. The latest version of Toad can be downloaded at: https://support.quest.com/toad-for-oracle/download-new-releases
