Query builder excludes ROWNUM, NVL and user functions when sending query statement using "Send to Query Builder" option of Editor.
A query such as "select deptno from dept where ROWNUM<100;" is send to Query Builder via “Send to Query Builder” option and
in QB | Generated Query tab query is displayed as "SELECT DEPT.DEPTNO FROM DEPT"
Same issue with queries such as:
select deptno from dept where nvl(loc,dname)='xxxx'
select deptno from dept where scott.FUNC3 (dname,1,1) is not null
