Formatter does not format block of "IF" code when commented lines are uncommented. -
Description
User has made some changes to the Formatter Plus options. He has a procedure that uses an IF/ELSIF block of code. A condition in the ELSIF block is originally commented and user uncomments this line. User formats the code and Formatter does not format the IF block properly.
