How to move the Toad application and license from one user to another user on a different computer.

Resolution
1. Launch Toad on the old computer.
2. Select Help | Register Toad.
3. Copy the authorization string and site message. (Case sensitive).
4. Install Toad on the new computer.
5. Launch Toad on the new computer and it will prompt for registration.
6. Type in the authorization string and site message noted in Step 3 above.
7. Uninstall Toad from the old computer.
