Database Version not in sync with VCS version -
Description
Intermittently, when checking out an object from Toad. A message appears saying "The database version of this object differs from the latest VCS revision:"
All objects are checked out/in from Toad so version should be in sync.TFS was being used

Cause
Doing a PendChanges request was inserting "/" instead of "\" in the path.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Change Working Directory to a local drive
Upgrade to at least version 12.0.1
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle -
