How to enable Generative AI feature of Toad? (4374955)

How to enable Generative AI feature of Toad using the online license portal?
The GenAI (AIExplain) appears on the Editor toolbar, but cannot be used. Or the feature does not appear on the Editor toolbar at all.

** If you cannot see the AIExplain icon at all, ensure you are using version 2024 R2 or higher and your Editor toolbar has default settings - right-click on your Editor toolbar to Restore Toolbar Settings, before proceeding with the below steps.
