Description
When closing Toad for DB2 V.6.0 and it often display the below error message window.

Cause
From the exception stack error looks like periodic refresh for Space management component.
As the delegate didn’t close properly and consumes memory, until Toad crashes for not enough memory. -
Resolution
This issue have been fixed in version 6.2
