On MIGRATE of an object (table) it did not build the permissions
Description

User migrated an object and used the transformation rules. Clicked on Preserve permissions on the customize panel. Then filled out the transformation rules - Changed schema name from 'test' to 'stage'. At the time it generated DDL without any permissions

However, without changing to the transformation rules, it shows all permissions.
