Locks were not released after error -803
Description

User opened Editor typed a insert command to execute, he got an error -803 then Toad just kept exclusive locks. He said Quest Central for DB2 worked fine without locking.
Resolution

STATUS
Waiting for a fix with CR 78695 on a future release of Toad for DB2.
