I am prompted to upgrade to v5.0.1 from TOAD v5 DBA Suite. Which client installer (32 or 64Bit) should I download? Is this required to access a 32 or 64bit database or is it to allow 64bit use if you have Windows 7 64bit?
We have DB2 WSE v9.1 32Bit and v9.7 64bit Windows and DB2 ESE 9.7 64Bit AIX databases. Does it matter which client we connect with for TOAD? DB2 Clients don't care, just want to be clear on the choice.

Toad for DB2 64bitClient v 5.0 is for any client Windows 64-bit.
Toad for DB2 v 5.0 is for any client Windows 32-bit.
It doesn't depend on databaser server.
