User cataloged a DB2 9.1 database with authentication=client and used Toad for DB2 v 4.5.1, right click on a table, then click on Extract DDL an error came up:
Exception: System.ApplicationException
Message : First or second server wasn't set.

STATUS
Waiting for a fix with ST67371 on a future release of Toad for DB2.
WORKAROUND:
Login to database with user ID and password even cataloged a DB2 database with authentication=client.
