Description
In Object Explorer, user right clicks on Stored Proc and selects Execute, it opens editor window, prompts for input and runs procedure, works perfectly.
If user decides to run again, using F5 (run) input window pops up, enter values again (sometimes it remembers values) and generates error.DB2 Database ErrorERROR [076006] [IBM] CLI0102E Invalid conversion. SQLSTATE=07006
Followed with error:Exception -Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.Sometimes instead of this error, a null error is generated as if the inputs were not passed into the procedure..

Cause
Problem happens when procedure is called from editor and executed populating window with OUT parameters (which execute procedure does not do).
The IN/OUT parameters are handled differently in editor including the execute procedure from the right click menu.
Within the Editor will cause described error as well. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Use Toad for DB2 version 6.0.
