Connection Error: System.IO.FileNotFoundException - File or assembly name DB2AdminWrapper, or one (4243372)

Upon trying to log into the user's DB2 database via Toad they receive an error stating System.IO.FileNotFoundException - File or assembly name DB2AdminWrapper, or one of its dependencies was not found or db2app.dll was not found or your do not have the necessary privileges.

Check that you have privileges to the IBM bin directory. In later versions two security groups are added during the client install, DB2ADMIN and DB2USERS.

Check that you are a member of one of these groups.
