Incorrect Rebind syntax and Runstats order -
Description
When doing an extended alter (drop/create object), a runstats needs to be done afterwards, and then after that, a rebind of all appropriate packages.
In TOAD for DB2 4.7 this worked fine, in v5.0 there are 2 problems1. The generated Rebind syntax is not correct
2. The Runstats is done after the Rebinds (it has to be done before the Rebinds) -
