Dates before the year 1900 do not appear correctly in an Excel data export
Description

When exporting timestamp data to Excel, with a date that contains a year before 1900, the data is not shown correctly in Excel. The year date appears as 0001 in Excel.
Cause

Years before 1900 are valid in DB2, but not in Excel.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Export data to a .CSV file

STATUS:
Enhancement request CR 70817 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Toad for DB2.
