Columns added to Query Builder are not sized correctly by default
Description

I do not like the way the columns are sized in the Query Builder when they are added. The columns are always sized the same size, no matter if the column name runs out of the column or not. The column header is never the correct size and it truncates the data element name.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Manually adjust the width of the column.

STATUS:
Waiting for the enhancement to be implemented in a future version of Toad for DB2.
