Cannot deploy, bind or rebind packages in database. When right-clicking on package names all options such as bind, rebind, deploy are disabled.

Resolution
To use all Toad features and functionality for managing DB2 for z/OS subsystems, the installation of Quest IBM DB2 z/OS Component 4.5.2 on each DB2 for z/OS subsystem is required. Refer to the Release Notes of Toad for DB2 for detailed information, outlined under “Requirements for Full Access to Toad DB2 for z/OS Functionality” section.
